About Me

I enrolled at Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in the fall of 2016 and graduated with a 4.0 and perfect attendance in the winter of 2018.  I am now a licensed massage therapist in the state of CT.  My experience in school taught me so much about myself. My passion for this field is evident to me and to those who have received massage therapy sessions from me.

After graduation from Massage Therapy school I studied Reflexology under the supervision of Ellen Grady and is certified to practice Integrative Reflexology. I am also a certified energy healing practitioner and has been practicing for several years. I have studied Evidence Informed Cupping Therapy under the supervision of Cupping Canada/USA Inc.  My most recent studies are Hymalayan Warm Salt Stone Massage and Table Tai Massage.  I love combining several massage therapy techniques and modalities to meet my clients individual needs. From a client taking time to relax or needing some help working out some tight muscles I loves helping people heal and helping them with their self-care routine.
